ECDS is the robust Customs Reporting System for ocean carriers, shipping agencies, customs brokers, and freight forwarders (NVOCCs) who need to get access to the US ACE eManifest, ACI eManifest, AU ICS and EU ICS2 with minimal startup time and cost. It is capable of advance filing for Bills of lading, ISF-5, A6, CACM, Stow Plan, Vessel Departure, Vessel Arrival and other pre-arrival required data.
With AMS Export Filing, carriers and agents can conveniently submit their Outbound Cargo Declarations (EEM) accurately and on time.

• Once a load port agent enters a bill of lading in ECDS, the head office or discharge port agent can log into ECDS to view or print the required cargo documents;The same details can also be forwarded to operations and terminals for cargo discharge preparations;
• This eliminates long distance, fax, and courier costs and becomes the fastest and most economical way to send cargo data from one port to another; Additionally, it helps reduce the risk of customs penalties by ensuring timely and accurate data transfer

All transactions go through ECDS's Customs pre-approved service center so there is no need for concern about purchasing or developing your own software. The latest version of ECDS will be automatically updated in order to keep it up-to-date with industry changes.

ECDS allows ocean carriers to easily file the required EEM (Export Electronic Manifest) to CBP through AMS/ACE. With a fast and straightforward ACE setup, carriers can begin filing quickly, ensuring compliance with CBP export regulations. This streamlined process boosts operational efficiency, reduces delays, and speeds up export clearance.

Users can transmit Warehouse Arrival Certification Message (WACM) to Canadian Customs ACI via a user-friendly interface, view the real-time data and receive the latest updates on shipments. Additionally, Multiple WACM can be transmitted at once when configured.

Another highlight of ECDS is that it offers optional services such as printing REAL-TIME A6As, Arrival Notices, standard US/CAN/AU/EU Vessel Manifests, and Freighted Vessel Manifests, etc.

ECDS protects the privacy and confidentiality of your data with customization for each company profile. Each user is provided a unique user ID and password to log into the system. A backup system is built-in to ensure ECDS operates 24/7 365 days a year.
